If you’ve recently bought a GT’s Kombucha product–or even not so recently–there could be some cash in it for you.  Read on to find out why.

Apparently Defendants Millennium Products, Inc. and Whole Foods Market, Inc. are the center of the latest class action lawsuit.  It’s being alleged that they mislabeled, misrepresented, and/or caused product loss when it came to selling various GT’s Kombucha products.  If you happened to buy one of the eligible products between 3/11/11 and 2/27/17 you could possibly get some cash back.  Looks like you can get up to $35 without proof of purchase for up to $60 if you can provide proof–either in cash or voucher form.  You have until May 30th to submit a claim.
