If you have a daughter, then you probably have heard of or shopped at Justice store. The store features high priced, sparkly, trendy clothing that is a must have for the tween/teen set! The store is also the focus of a current class action suit.
Apparently it is being said that Justice advertised sale prices that weren’t actually sale prices. So, the store is now in the middle of a class action suit, which could mean money for you! You can submit a claim without a purchase and be eligible to receive up to $20 in cash or up to a $30 Justice voucher. Those who can prove 6 or more purchases via receipt or bank/credit card statement can a check for 14% of the total amount or a Justice voucher for 20% of the documented amount. This will be going before the court on May 20, 2016 and could take some time to pay out if the store is found to be guilty of false advertising. So, get your claims in and wait patiently.
