Free Laptop Computer Samples Without Surveys?

One of the current free sample scams is getting a laptop computer without a survey. You just enter in your email address and are promised a laptop computer, no survey what so ever. However, believe it or not, many of these free laptop computers are not free at all.

One of the free sample laptop scams to look out for is the Sony Vaio scam. If you read the fine print it says “Eligible members can receive the incentive gift package by completing two reward offers from each of the Top, Prime and Premium reward offer page options.”

Basically you have to enroll in costly member programs to get your “free sample” laptop. This is one scam to avoid. Do not enter your zip code, or email address. Any offer the requires a credit card is not a free sample, free, or considered free stuff.

Update for Free Computers:
When we first wrote this offer it was 2009. Things have changed since then.  Now getting a free computer is a lot more easy.

Check Craigslist: Checking Craigslist is a great way to see whats going on.  They have a free section where people will just give away their electronics for free.
