I have always wanted to know exactly how many steps I take every day. In otherwords I am a bit curious how many steps it takes to get from my apartment to the law library (I am guessing around 500) Thank goodness for this offer you will no longer have to try to count your steps through out the day (if you are like me you loose track after around 300something). Now you can get a free pedometer and heart/brain kit thanks to this offer from American Heart Association, Alzheimer association and the American Stroke Association. The Alzheimer Association?? Does walking really prevent that? Anyways… Enjoy!
What they have to say:
“Just fill out the form below to receive your free “Guide to Heart and Brain Health for African-Americans” and a personal pedometer to help you keep track of the number of steps you take every day toward a healthier lifestyle.
Please complete the information below and your kit will arrive in two to three weeks while supplies last.”
Okay I am sure the pedometer doesn’t work for JUST african americans… so even if your not black, im sure its still good!
Free Sample Pedometer – It seems that this offer might be expired for now. But you can find more offers on our main page which could include the offer you were looking for by clicking latest free samples above at the top of the page.
The link above has since expired… but you may have a better chance of receiving a free pedometer from this link here -This offer has also since expired so you’ll have to just visit the main page to get any of the newest offers.
If so you are using an older version of Internet Explorer (or AOL). We are working to fix the problem. For some reason what should display at the right displays at the bottom of the page. (Check out below all the posts). In the mean time if you want to see how this page should properly be viewed check it out in mozilla, firefox, or Internet Explorer 7.0. Thanks!
Congrats to Veronica from California for winning the giftcard giveaway. Check back often, more random giveaways will appear soon!

Nick Skeba helped cofound this site back in 2007. He lives in Chicago and loves free stuff! People are always asking him how he gets so many deals? He just tells them, Sample A Day!
Scott Aaronson also helped cofound this website and even though is a lawyer by day, he's still loves his free samples. Find him eating lunch from the sample ladies at Costco!
